Mako Networks Launches New Dashboard to Provide Enhanced Network Management and Visibility

The new Mako Dashboard is a cloud-based tool for displaying enterprise-wide network status. The interface scales to allow secure access on shared screens in network operations centers, as well as providing access on individual devices including mobile phones. Mako Dashboard is designed to help support teams proactively manage network health and coordinate responses to network events.

ELGIN, IL, March 24, 2020 – Mako Networks has launched the new Mako Dashboard, a secure network visualization tool that provides a centralized overview of network health. Mako Dashboard allows for single-pane-of glass monitoring of the status of an entire network at a glance and allows customized views and drill-down capabilities that enhance support teams’ abilities to proactively address potential issues or to respond quickly to network events as they arise in real time.

Mako Dashboard is accessible from the Mako Central Management System (Mako CMS), allowing Mako CMS users with associated security clearances and access rights single-click access to the interface. As with all Mako products, the Mako Dashboard is designed to handle data and user access securely and in compliance with PCI DSS requirements. By integrating network visualization with the Mako CMS, the Mako Dashboard can eliminate the need for third party visualization tools, keeping sensitive data within the secure Mako System at all times.

The Mako Dashboard is tightly integrated with the network management and control aspects of the Mako CMS, allowing for both drill-down access to individual site data and global access to the enterprise network, enabling real-time configuration changes and report generation. The Mako Dashboard improves upon the current views available in the Mako CMS by summarizing the display of multiple network health and security parameters in a single view and allowing for better sharing of data across multiple support resources.
