ELGIN, IL, December 11, 2019 – Mako Networks and Driven Technologies have agreed to a supply contract for Mako 7600 VPN concentrators and 6600-M edge appliances to secure Driven Technologies’ redundant data centers and customer locations nationwide. Driven Technologies selected Mako appliances due to their combination of templated security, proven reliability, and superior High Availability (HA) performance. Recent deployments include parking industry disruptor REEF Parking, which gains a technological advantage over older institutions.
Driven Technologies uses the Mako System in its custom security solutions when a customer needs to maximize security, uptime, and speed. Distributed retail customers in particular benefit from the Mako System’s PCI DSS certification, which is extensible to each retailer’s network. A multitude of SD-WAN connectivity options, including dual-SIM LTE cellular, partnered with Mako VPN Cloud technology allow Fast Failover configurations that not only ensure uptime, the response is so fast that not a single packet is lost. This level of performance is critical to systems that demand continuity, including payment processing, VoIP, and security cameras.
